Jessica is a Team Leader responsible for leading and motivating teams to enable the people who are supported by Fair Deal to lead full and inclusive lives. This takes many forms and places emphasis on maximising the use of non-paid support and natural supports, so that people have more than just people paid to support them in their lives. Jessica works with her teams and external agencies to ensure that people that we support are put at the center of their care, giving them the support they need to live an enriched and meaningful quality of life. Jessica liaises with relevant professional agencies, care managers, commissioners, family and other staff.  Jessica’s main responsibilities include:

• Ensuring people’s outcomes are met effectively and in a creative & flexible way.
• Recruitment
• Staff training and development
• Quality Compliance
• Health and Safety Compliance
• Financial Compliance
• Meeting Statutory Requirements.
• Working in partnership with other agencies on relevant issues.
