Anne Marie has worked with Fair Deal since November 2000. She has a dual role as Quality and Development & Registered Manager. She provides strategic leadership across registered care services, ensuring that people who use our services receive high-quality, person-centred, and safe support. Her role encompasses oversight of all aspects of registered service delivery, including quality assurance, staff practice, safeguarding, health and safety, recruitment, training and development, service improvement, and regulatory compliance. Anne Marie works closely with the CEO, Operations Manager and Support Managers to ensure that support provision meets both organisational standards, the requirements of the Care Inspectorate and that we maintain ISO 9001 2015 Quality Assurance Accreditation.
