Fiona joined Fair Deal in 2019 as Chief Executive.

She has dedicated her entire career to health and social care, beginning as a support assistant in 2003 and progressing through a range of leadership roles across the sector. Her experience spans a variety of settings, including Addictions, Criminal Justice, Dementia Care, and Learning Disability services.

Fiona is passionate about delivering high‑quality, person‑centred support that makes a genuine and lasting difference in people’s lives. She believes strongly in ensuring individuals are empowered to lead the lives they choose—not the lives others choose for them—and that everyone has the opportunity to reach their potential.

She is also a committed advocate for the workforce in social care, championing the recognition, respect, and value that staff deserve for their highly skilled and often complex work.
