John joined Fair Deal in 2024 as a board trustee. John has over 20 years’ experience across the voluntary, community and public sectors, working in a range of roles supporting young people, adults and communities. He currently works within the NHS and brings significant leadership, governance and partnership experience to the Board. Drawing on his experience of leading complex multi-agency programmes and partnerships. His expertise includes strategic planning, service commissioning, performance improvement, organisational development and effective governance.
